Ayose b43942a348 HTTP Basic authentication for HTTP proxy connections ...

This patch adds support for authentication when the connection is done
through a HTTP proxy.

It only supports HTTP Basic Authentication (like `curl --proxy`).

It is tested against Apache 2.4.
